Huge Castle Update!

The weather finally cleared for an amazing day of castle exploration. Today's post looks at Conisbrough Castle, an early medieval fortress with well-surviving ruins and a fully intact keep. For avid readers of Victorian medieval romanticism, this is one of the castles mentioned in Ivanhoe.
